At Farm House Tack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom items and final sale equipment are not eligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal. Attach the label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
