Freejump Safety Vest Replacement Co2 Canisters
Free Jump Airbag Safety Vest Replacement CO2 Cartridges (each sold separately)
The Freejump cartridge is made of cast steel with a welded shutter, ensuring optimum safety and reliability.
The characteristics of the cartridges are fundamental to ensuring efficient inflation. The quality of the seal is particularly important. A seal that is too thick becomes difficult to pierce; the CO2 evacuation hole is then too small and slows the gas release, thus slowing the airbag inflation speed. The inflation speed of Freejump airbag vests (ranging from 80 ms to 130 ms depending on the size) is certainly the fastest on the market. This is due to numerous factors, including the quality of the cartridge seal opening.
See the Image Size Chart To Determine the Replacement Cartridge Size Needed For Your Vest. If you're unsure, look inside the cartridge compartment of your vest, there should be a tag with the cartridge replacement size.

- Step 2:Unscrew the gas generator cap using an Allen key, until the indicator is at the top of the rail
- Step 3: Reposition the piston with the Allen key. VERY IMPORTANT: bring back the piston in front of the hole using the Allen key!
- Step 4: Insert the holding clip. When inserting the keyball, make sure that you hear a clicking sound. VERY IMPORTANT : make sure you insert back the ball into the piston. Never insert back the ball without bringing back the piston in front of the hole!
- Step 5: Start to screw back, first by hand, straight into the gas generator. It should be easy, please refrain from forcing and restart the process if necessary. Check the indicator and screw back all the way using the Allen key.
- Step 6: Make sure the replacement cartridge is new, and screw it back completely into the gas generator.
