AJR Swivel Short Shank Medium Port Pelham Bit

This special pelham produces great results for the majority of horses and riders. The premium German Silver mouthpiece increases salivation which stimulates the horse's mouth making the horse more comfortable. We have designed this mouthpiece to be ported which will provide give and tongue relief.

The mouthpiece is not fixed between cheek pieces, instead the cheek pieces rotate 360 degrees. When used in conjunction with a rotating cheek piece, we recommend the bit to sit snugly in the horse's mouth to maximize the effect of the bit. This bit features a swivel mouthpiece that allows for horizontal rotation and the cheek piece to move independently. The main advantage of the swivel cheek piece is that the horse can set where it finds the mouthpiece most comfortable and in return removes tongue pressure.
